Welcome to LookFor.Group (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the LookFor.Group mobile application, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the App

LookFor.Group is a platform that helps people find others and organize real-world sports and activity events.

The app allows users to create and discover events and communicate with other participants through in-app event chat.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this app.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the app with appropriate supervision.

By using LookFor.Group, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created anonymously and identified by a system-generated user ID.

• Users may choose a display nickname.

• You are responsible for any activity associated with your account.

• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create and share content, including but not limited to:

• Event titles

• Descriptions

• Locations

• Timestamps

• Chat messages within events

By posting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share it

• It does not violate any laws

• It does not infringe on the rights of others

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

By posting content, you grant LookFor.Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the app solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use LookFor.Group to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content

• Organize or promote illegal activities

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Send inappropriate, offensive, or abusive messages in event chats

• Share spam, scams, or malicious links

• Misrepresent events or identities

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. External Links & Meetups

LookFor.Group may contain links to third-party services.

We do not control or endorse these services.

Real-world meetups are organized independently by users at their own discretion and risk.

Users are solely responsible for their own safety and judgment when participating in any event.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and taking reasonable safety precautions when participating in real-world events.

LookFor.Group does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between users.

LookFor.Group does not organize, supervise, or control events and is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, dispute, or other outcome resulting from user interactions or offline activities.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, identity, or reliability of any user.

We do not conduct background checks or verify the identity of users.

7. Account & Content Removal

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms

• Suspend or delete accounts for misuse

• Remove chat messages that violate these Terms

• Remove inactive or abandoned content if necessary

Users may report inappropriate content directly within the app or contact us via the email provided.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LookFor.Group and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from user interactions

• Issues arising from third-party services or links

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Czech Republic.
